Mike Dillard
Mike grew up in Mesa, AZ and graduated from Mesa High School in 1993. He then continued his education & played college basketball at Sam Houston State University. After graduating college in 1998 he spent a year touring the world with the Harlem Globetrotters playing with the Washington Generals. Mike entered the fundraising business in 2000. He has helped teams raise over 25 million dollars since 2000. He has been married to his wife Krisha since 1999. They have 1 son Trey and 2 dogs named Teddy & Pucchi. Mike enjoys going to sporting events, golfing, tennis, pickleball, time with family, planning sporting events for friends and traveling. His favorite organizations to volunteer at are: Special Olympics, Habitat for Humanity, Foster Care, and Boys To Men Mentoring Group.
Trevin Hatch
Trevin is a native-born Arizonan from Gilbert and graduated from Gilbert High School in 2000. Shortly after high school he went on a 2 year service mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Buenos Aires, Argentina where he became fluent in Spanish. He received an undergraduate degree in business and went on to earn an MBA from Arizona State University. He entered the fundraising business full time in 2012 and has helped programs raise over 11 million dollars since then. Trevin married his wife Lisa in 2006 and they are the proud parents of 4 rambunctious and amazing children. Trevin enjoys coaching, mentoring and interacting with youth in his church and community which makes fundraising with youth groups a perfect fit for him. His hobbies include everything sports (especially playing basketball, pickleball, golf and any other game that can be considered competitive) as well as spending time with his wife and kids and getting away to travel when they can.
Sterling Nymeyer
Sterling grew up in Tucson and has always been around sports. He graduated from Mountain View high school in 2008 where he played football and basketball. After high School and serving a mission in Australia, he attended the University of Arizona and was the student manager for the U of A’s Track And Field program. While in college Sterling also coached high school football at Canyon Del Oro. Sterling Graduated with a degree in economics and worked at Raytheon until he joined Victory in 2018. Sterling and his wife Ariel have two wonderful children, Azalea and Kason and love to support the local athletics as much as possible.
Landon Wasson
Landon is a Tucson, Arizona native and graduated from Rincon High School in 2015. After High School he served as a Graduate Assistant / Quarterbacks Coach at Pima Community College for 3 seasons from 2016-2018. While coaching football at Cholla High School in 2019, he joined Victory Fundraising full time. Landon is a seasoned 25 year old washed up high school quarterback and keeps Victory young. If Landons not keeping the life of the Victory CEO safe from point A to point B he’s probably washing his hands or playing golf. His hobbies include spending time with daughter Olivia, defending University of Arizona Athletics at all cost, and traveling.
